So, We Fled the Country...

We went to Canada to celebrate Canada Day instead of the 4th of July.
Actually, that's just a cover. We were fleeing from the long arm of the law.
We bought a new camera, and took lots of sweet pictures, so I will post them as soon as I get them off my dad's laptop.
Highlights:
The boys caught about 50 fish total, pretty impressive
Daryl's face will probably be all over the internet soon, as he played the piano in the Prince of Wales Hotel and her sister hotel and people were gathering to watch in open-mouthed awe and take pictures
Jaime actually purchased something, we're all very proud
All the kids at some time or another jumped into glacier fed lakes and nobody got pneumonia (is that how you spell that?)
Chelsie went cold turkey, leaving her cell phone at home, and didn't even have withdrawals
We shot off fireworks that would have been illegal in Utah, so that was pretty exciting
Christian decided he loves being out in nature and running naked into lakes, but is definitely opposed to being strapped into a chair in the car. It's lucky he's cute or we might have left him.
Mark is a hoot, I hadn't realized just how funny he is until I was stuck in a tent trailer with him.
We didn't lose anyone.
Mom is a chef extraordinaire, but we knew that already. She also did most of the driving, and we thank her for that. She and Dad also didn't kill any of us, for which we are grateful.
Dad led all the hikes, leaving us young people in the dust.
We also bought all the Wunderbars and Makintosh Toffee in the province of Alberta. And we're not sharing. Bahaha!
That's all for now, pictures coming soon.
